  15. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the software
  16. for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of the Shareware
  17. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact
  18. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
  19. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified
  20. form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  22. Unregistered use of FINANCIAL ANALYSIS FOR WINDOWS after the 30-day
  23. evaluation period is in violation of federal copyright laws.

  27. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this software
  28. for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you
  29. use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration,
  30. including shipping fees, of US$44 is required.  Payments should be sent
  31. to Gjetaas, Inc, 7251 Mt. Baker Hwy, Deming, WA 98244-9522.  Credit card
  32. ordering and quantity discounts are available, as described in the
  33. section Ordering Information/Order Form.  When payment is received you
  34. will be sent a registered copy of the latest version of FINANCIAL
  35. ANALYSIS FOR WINDOWS.

  37. One registered copy of FINANCIAL ANALYSIS FOR WINDOWS may be dedicated
  38. to a single person who uses the software on one or more computers or to
  39. a single workstation used by multiple people.

  41. You may access the registered version of FINANCIAL ANALYSIS FOR WINDOWS
  42. through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses
  43. for the software covering all workstations that will access the software
  44. through the network.

  48. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

  50. Disclaimer of Warranty

  52. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without
  53. warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties
  54. whether expressed or implied.  Because of the various hardware and
  55. software environments into which WinFin may be put, no warranty of
  56. fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

  58. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly
  59. tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  The user must
  60. assume the entire risk of using the program.  Any liability of the
  61. seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of
